We can accommodate up to 250 people at the outdoor ceremony site, and the indoor reception hall holds up to 200 people.

We do have options for Rain. Weather can certainly be hard to predict. In an effort to be proactive we can rent a tent for your day. This would give you protection in the event of rain. We would rent the tent, and it would be added to your proposal. We can also move the ceremony indoors, if necessary. Then we would flip the room back from “ceremony” to “reception”.

Yes, you have exclusive use of The Barn at Henley for your special day. We only book one wedding a day, so your day is "your day." You can start your day as early as 6:00 AM, and it must end no later than 11:30 PM.

No, The Barn at Henley does not directly provide event planners, however, we do have preferred partners and can certainly connect you with a wedding professional.

This is where we go the extra mile. We have beautiful private accommodations, one for the bride and one for the groom. Additionally, you can secure The Henley House, designed for entertaining and hosting you with family and friends as you begin the rest of your lives together as husband and wife.

The Barn at Henley is booking out up to two years in advance. So it is vital if you want a specific date to book as soon as possible. The norm is usually about nine months to a year in advance. Of course, we also book in shorter time frames pending availability.

Most couples prefer a sunset wedding. Therefore, it is good to have your start time about 60 to 90 minutes before Sunset for sunset weddings.
